WELCOME!
I am Patti Diener, and this blog started back in March of 2016, so I could build a better book for the people I was writing for. AFTER THE FIRE, is my debut novel, about the 2015 Valley Fire here in Lake County, California, where I live.
I am writing my next book now about another small town, and will be sharing it online with you as it progresses. I love to blog my writing journey so that I may take you all along with me for the ride. Comments and questions are always welcome.
My writing is for now all romance novels. The next book is the first in a series of three novels set in Kentucky, in a small town called Maple Creek. Although the town is fictitious, it sets not far from the real towns of Versailles, and Lexington. I am very excited to share this with you all. The characters are really growing on me and I feel like I already live in Maple Creek!
